DO'S AND DONT'S OF OPHTHALMIC PLASTIC AND RECONTRUCTION SURGERY

You will get your surgery and discharged on the same day. Then, you can perform normal activities after about 3-5 days, and also follow the post-operative instructions:

Have periodic follow-up visits as indicated

Clean eyes as instructed by the medical officers

Take the medicine fully as directed
-
Limit the amount of water and dirt to get into the wound in the first 3-5 days after surgery

Avoid rubbing, scratching your eyes when the wound has not been recovered yet

The Vitrectomy and Scleral buckling surgery at Japan Eye Center are carried out by surgeons with many years of experience in retina & vitreous diseases. Our surgeons are trained by our Vietnam and Cambodia branches, applying the best practices and procedures done by respective medical facilities since 2014.
Specialized equipments
The ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive and medium surgeries at the Japan Eye Center are performed under a system of specialized microscopies and instruments, which are separate for each patient.
